General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeetboz ("jeetboz", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the jeetboz website located at jeetboz.net and any related services, products, software, or content provided by jeetboz (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

jeetboz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms at any time, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact the support team at [email protected] to close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The Platform is operated for entertainment purposes and is made available to eligible users who access the service voluntarily and in compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you explicitly confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered.
• You have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Amendments to Terms

jeetboz may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a notice on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to the jeetboz Platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are an adult as defined under applicable law in your jurisdiction and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities.

jeetboz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the registration process or during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Until satisfactory proof of age is provided, jeetboz may restrict access to any or all features of the Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering.

If jeetboz discovers or reasonably suspects that a registered account is held by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately without prior notice. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any amounts wagered. No winnings generated during the period of underage use will be paid out under any circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility criteria to use the jeetboz Platform:

• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or family member of an employee of jeetboz or any of its service providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether initiated through jeetboz or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your account, or have full authorisation from the legal owner.
• You must hold only one registered account on the jeetboz Platform. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of jeetboz services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a player account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid, active email address that you own and have regular access to.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name, used for account verification and security alerts.
• A username and password of your choosing, subject to jeetboz's minimum security requirements.
• Your residential address in Bangladesh.

Account Verification (KYC)

jeetboz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal request, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered residential address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number).

Verification documents must be legible, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission. jeetboz reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient for verification purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until compliance is achieved.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the jeetboz Platform. If jeetboz identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts will be suspended. Any balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds across the duplicate accounts will be forfeited. jeetboz uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations and monitors account activity continuously for signs of multiple-account usage.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetboz account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jeetboz will never contact you to request your password or one-time security code. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify jeetboz immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. jeetboz cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the jeetboz Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jeetboz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which jeetboz accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods

jeetboz currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits may vary by payment method. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad) are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by the jeetboz compliance team. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to bKash and Nagad accounts within one hour for fully verified accounts during operational hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one business day.

Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jeetboz reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency, or method.
• Withdrawal requests that remain unpaid due to failed KYC compliance may be cancelled after 30 days, with funds returned to the player's account balance pending re-submission of valid documentation.
• jeetboz does not pay interest on player account balances.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, jeetboz reserves the right to correct the error at any time. If you have withdrawn funds that were credited in error, you are obliged to return them upon request.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

jeetboz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotional offer page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to a player account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotional offer page. Unless stated otherwise, the following general rules apply:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the offer. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is completed are forfeited.
• Only eligible games contribute to wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as stated on the offer page.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal request will be processed where a bonus is active on the account.
• jeetboz reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited bonus offers in bad faith, including through arbitrage betting or systematic low-risk play designed to extract bonus value.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to one registered account per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• jeetboz reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion at any time if it determines that the player has acted in breach of these Terms or the specific offer terms.
• Free bets, free spins, and no-deposit bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering conditions are satisfied.
• Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion unless the offer page explicitly states otherwise.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the jeetboz Platform, you agree to use the service lawfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform, harms other users, or violates applicable law is strictly prohibited.

You Must Not:

• Register more than one account on the jeetboz Platform, or register on behalf of another person without their explicit, documented consent.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploit any error, technical bug, or loophole in the Platform's software, games, or odds pricing for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are considered void and will be reclaimed by jeetboz.
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any competitive format offered on the Platform.
• Use funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime, to deposit into your jeetboz account.
• Engage in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity through your account.
• Attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.
• Share, sell, transfer, or attempt to monetise your jeetboz account, player balance, or bonus entitlements.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with jeetboz support staff or other players.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any confirmed breach of these user obligations will result in one or more of the following actions, at jeetboz's sole discretion:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the offending account.
• Forfeiture of account balance, pending withdrawals, and any active bonus funds.
• Recovery of funds from the player where jeetboz has suffered financial loss as a result of the breach.
• Reporting of the incident to relevant authorities where the conduct is believed to constitute a criminal offence.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetboz Platform — including but not limited to the jeetboz brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game assets, written content, software code, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeetboz or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from jeetboz.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any software or content on the Platform.
• Use the jeetboz brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by jeetboz.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Game content displayed on the jeetboz Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, SA Gaming, Spribe, Jili Games, and Play'n GO. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain the property of the respective studio and are subject to their own terms of use.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your jeetboz account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing your closure request, jeetboz will confirm your identity and ensure that any outstanding withdrawal requests are settled. Account closure requests are typically processed within three business days. If you are requesting closure due to a gambling-related concern, jeetboz can also activate a self-exclusion option on your behalf — please inform the support team when making your request.

Suspension or Closure by jeetboz

jeetboz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has a pre-existing self-exclusion agreement in place with jeetboz or another operator.
• Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes raised in bad faith.
• Dormancy — accounts that show no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month after written notice is provided to the registered email address.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided identity verification has been completed. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure. jeetboz retains the right to withhold funds pending investigation where a closure is initiated due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetboz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in odds pricing that are corrected in accordance with these Terms. jeetboz's total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the jeetboz Platform should first be raised with the jeetboz support team at [email protected]. jeetboz will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, jeetboz will direct you to an appropriate dispute resolution process. By using the Platform, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal action.
